The April 2026 user interface updates for Safe4 will enhance the experience for Admin users, and add performance and security benefits for all users. Some of the background functions have seen four-fold improvements in speed.

Provider Dashboard

Provider users can now see a rapid summary of the contents of the provider account. The new Dashboard facility shows the number of vaults, provider users, vault users, files and the volume of storage used within the provider account.  This information is also represented graphically to give an at-a-glance summary.

Document Signing

Each user who has issued documents for signature within Safe4 will now also be able to click on Requests Received and Requests Issued to establish the status of document signature requests. It is easy to see the status of signature requests issued to multiple parties, for example, in particular when they have been requested to sign documents in a specific order.

Further major changes are planned for Safe4 document signing. Updated web pages will be added very soon.

Remember – when issuing documents for signature within Safe4 that the document never keaves the vault. Safe4 does not use amail to transfer documents, but only for notifications.
