The Client Vault – what does it cost?

The Client fee for a vault is entirely at the Will Writer’s discretion and is on an annual basis. The fee could be bundled in with other services or stand alone. The Society’s minimum recommended fee is £19.95 + VAT per annum.

Safe4 charges for a Vault start at £14 + VAT per annum and reduce for annual volumes exceeding 1000 Vaults. At the Society’s recommended minimum, this represents a 30% gross margin for the member. And this repeats every year.

The initial charge to set up the Safe4 customized service is £140 + VAT including the first 10 Client Vaults and is payable by direct debit under guarantee via GoCardless Ltd., a BACs authorised and FCA regulated payment provider. Safe4 stores no bank details directly itself.

For all subsequent new Client Vaults initiated and for annual renewals, safe and easy payment  will be taken by direct debit under guarantee  on a monthly in arrears basis.

The Safe4 Digital Inheritance Vault is available to paid up members of the Society only.

The offer is subject to a standard Society approved and endorsed licence agreement between the member and Safe4, which includes Safe4 standard terms and conditions (End User Licence Agreement) and Privacy Policy, initial payment by bank transfer, future payment by direct debit under the Direct Debit Guarantee and other special conditions which are accepted when the member signs up for the Digital Inheritance Vault.
